Start with one photo
Send a clear passport identity-page photo to us privately through any listed messenger or social network with your arrival flight, dates and intended stay. Confirm eligibility for the airport route and the company quote before payment. Keep the original passport.
We arrange advance delivery of the original invitation and its copy to the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ visa office at Minsk Airport (DAF). The official deadline is at least two working days before expected arrival. After the office stamps the copy to confirm receipt, we send you the stamped invitation copy, insurance and completed form to print; the stamped copy is for airline check-in.

US$205 is the airport fee budget reference provided for this service. Official rates are published in euros (EUR). Confirm the applicable charge, accepted payment currency and payment method for your case before departure.
Taiwan → Beijing → Minsk
- Travel permit: check your valid Taiwan Resident Travel Permit and the airline’s requirements for a Beijing connection.
- Airport: confirm Beijing Capital (PEK) or Daxing (PKX); they are different airports.
- Baggage: before booking, check through-checking to Minsk, any new check-in and the connection time.
- The airport visa route is unavailable for flights arriving from Russia. Obtain the appropriate visa before arrival for that route and confirm it before booking.
Print the documents and bring your passport
Before departure, print the invitation copy stamped by the airport visa office, insurance and completed application form. The applicant must personally sign the form, or the legal representative where applicable. Carry your valid original passport and one recent 35×45 mm photograph. The identity-page photo starts our service; it is not the entire airport application. Confirm any other official and airline requirements.
Show the invitation copy stamped by the airport visa office at airline check-in. At Minsk Airport, follow the visa signs, submit the application and pay the official fee separately. After review and visa issuance, proceed to border control. An invitation or the office’s document-receipt stamp is not an issued visa.

Common questions
Does the passport-page photo complete everything?
The photo starts our service, and this airport route does not require mailing your passport. Print the invitation copy stamped by the airport visa office, insurance and form we send you, and take the original passport and required paper photograph to apply at Minsk Airport.
How long does document preparation take?
Preparation can take as little as around 10 days after payment and confirmation of details and the plan. This is a preparation estimate, not a promise of approval within 10 days. The competent authority at Minsk Airport reviews the visa application.
Can I choose 30 or 60 days?
The Belarusian MFA lists a maximum stay of 30 days for ordinary short-term tourism visas. For a 60-day trip, first confirm the applicable visa purpose, supporting documents and application route. Do not assume an ordinary tourism visa authorises 60 days.
Does US$900 include the airport fee? What should I budget?
US$900 is the indicative company fee for the invitation, insurance, form preparation and support. Budget an additional US$205 (USD) for the airport visa fee, paid separately when applying on arrival in Minsk: about US$1,105 (USD) combined. Official rates are in euros; confirm the actual charge, accepted currency and method before departure. Flights and accommodation are extra.
What should I check for a Beijing connection?
Check your mainland travel permit, airport and terminal, and whether baggage is checked through to Minsk. Confirm the connection time with the airline before booking.
