Your plan and price
We primarily prepare Minsk Airport visa applications for Taiwan passport holders. Start with the identity-page photo and keep the original passport. We arrange advance delivery of the original invitation and its copy to the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ visa office at Minsk Airport (DAF), and send the stamped invitation copy, insurance and completed form for you to print. You apply to the competent authority on arrival in Minsk.
The indicative company fee is US$900 (USD), including the invitation, insurance, form preparation and support. Budget a separate US$205 (USD) for the airport visa fee, or about US$1,105 (USD) combined, excluding flights and accommodation. Official airport rates are in euros; confirm the actual charge, accepted currency and method before departure. Preparation can take as little as around 10 days after payment and confirmation of details. Mailing a passport for processing in Beijing is a separate option requiring its own acceptance and quote.
