How soon can I get my visa?
Planning your trip? Send us your preferred arrival date, and we will help you understand the documents and application process in advance. Preparation can take as little as around 10 days after payment and confirmation of your details.
For the airport route, you apply for your visa on arrival in Minsk. Preparation time is not an approval deadline; the authorities decide on visas and entry. Please contact us before booking flights to confirm a suitable application route.
How much does the visa service cost, and what is included?
We help prepare your documents and explain the application process. To make planning easier, our service fee and the official charge are shown separately below. We will agree the final service quote with you before payment.

US$205 is a budget estimate in US dollars. Official rates are in euros; confirm the actual fee, accepted currency and payment method before travel. Flights, accommodation, transfers and other additional services are not included in the budget shown.
Will someone meet me at the airport?
Would you like to plan your journey from the airport in advance? Please send your arrival date, flight number and whether you need a meeting or transfer. We will check availability and agree the details and price with you before arrival.
This is an additional request, not an automatic part of the visa service. Please discuss it with us in advance.
Can you help me find an apartment in Belarus?
Yes. We can help find an apartment or other accommodation for your dates and budget. Tell us the city, length of stay and preferences, and we will suggest suitable options.
Rent and accommodation-search assistance are separate from visa support; terms and costs are agreed in advance.
Do I need to send my original passport?
For the airport visa route, there is no need to mail your original passport: it stays with you. A clear photo of the identity page is enough to start our service.
We will send your prepared documents for printing. Bring your original passport, the printed set and the required photograph when travelling. If you choose a different application route, we will confirm its passport requirements separately.
How do I start an enquiry?
Please message us on any messenger or social network with your passport type, planned arrival date, flight and intended length of stay. If you have not chosen a route yet, simply send your preferred dates.
We will help explain the application process and confirm the documents and service quote before payment. Please note that the airport visa route is not available for flights arriving from Russia.
